The customer can register for a PROGREDO newsletter. He has to enter his email address for this. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time; the relevant information can be found in the newsletter itself. If the customer unsubscribes from the newsletter, the associated e-mail address is also deleted.

The transfer of data to third parties takes place as far as this is necessary for the execution of the contract. PROGREDO does not trade or sell any customer data.

Protection of PROGREDO and third parties: PROGREDO discloses customer accounts and personal data about customers if it is legally obliged to do so or if such disclosure is necessary to enforce PROGREDO’s general terms and conditions or other agreements or to enforce its rights and the rights of its customers and to protect those of third parties. This includes exchanging data with companies that specialize in preventing and minimizing abuse and credit card fraud. These personal data are also only used in the contexts mentioned and may not be used for other purposes.
